Join Best Tours & Travel as we escape the heat for the crisp cool mountains and the Yosemite Mountain Sugar Pine Railroad. Our evening begins as we depart Fresno at 3:30 p.m. en route to Fish Camp, the Southern gateway to Yosemite National Park. As we wind our way down Highway 41 and the golden hills, we enter through the green of Oakhurst, at the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountain range. We’ll pass through the Sierra National Forest and arrive at Yosemite Sugar Pine Railroad.

As we exit our luxurious motorcoach, we’ll breathe in the fresh air of the majestic pine trees and take in a view of some of the most impressive mountain scenery on earth. At 6:30 p.m. we will begin with an alfresco dinner at the station consisting of your choice of either a tender NY strip steak or tangy chicken BBQ while enjoying live music before we ride the rails of the Yosemite Mountain Sugar Pine Railroad. We’ll take our seats on The Logger Steam Train and enjoy the excursion as it is narrated by the conductor.

During a stopover at Lewis Creek Canyon, we’ll step off the train for some fun and entertainment featuring live music or theatre. Hear the whistle blow and see the Shay’s firebox glow under the night sky on your trip back to the station.

We’ll return to Fresno following your train ride, with an estimated arrival of approximately 11:45 p.m.
