Departing Fresno at 7:30 a.m. our first stop will be at the Sciabica Olive Oil Company. Here you’ll get a taste of different varieties of olive oil, balsamic vinegars and more. The family-owned business has been cold pressing olive oil since 1936.

We will depart Sciabica Olive Oil Company for a step on guided tour of the Hilmar Cheese Factory. Once our tour is complete, we will head into our lunch reception. Your buffet lunch will include:

Hilmar Cheese Chowder Soup
Robust chowder made with Vintage cheddar cheese, tender red potatoes, smoky bacon & aromatic vegetables

Green Salad
Assorted greens with cucumber & tomatoes with Italian vinaigrette and buttermilk ranch

After lunch, be sure to check out the Gift shop to view some of the many gift sets available for purchase. We will depart at 2:00 p.m. for the Pageo Lavender Farm. Pageo’s lavender is featured in Sciabica’s Olive Oil products. Pageo’s gift shop is full of unique products with a large selection of fragrant lavender products and home décor.

Departing Pageo Lavender Farm at 4:00 p.m. back to Fresno. Our arrival back at approximately 5:30 p.m.
